WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DOES PAPER TREE COLLECT?
We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card number when you order from us or sign up to our newsletter or visit our website. Your credit card information is processed by our payment processor and is not visible to us.
HOW DOES PAPER TREE STORE AND USE MY INFORMATION?

Thank you for visiting our website. The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of this website and the purchase of products from Paper Tree. Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your Paper Tree product. If however you would like an exchange or refund we please make sure of the following:
Personalised Items
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items and custom designs. They are non refundable after order confirmation. Upon final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By ticking the box before adding to an item to your cart you accept responsibility for the information given. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a re-make.
Unpersonalised items
+ The order must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
+ The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
+ Email Paper Tree to request a refund and for return address
A full refund of your purchase will be made once it qualifies and we have received your return. When posting, please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information or request a free certificate of postage to ensure proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return parcel.
Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame.

Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Paper Tree does retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates.
Payment
We accept payment online by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express . You may also pay ‘offline’ via Bank Transfer or cash on delivery(arrange before placing order to receive a code for check out) VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Paper Tree until payment is received in full.
Photographs/Proofs
We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph/proof accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph/proof and the item delivered due to material changes beyond our control.
Unavailable Products
If an item is out of stock, the sender will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of 1) awaiting stock availability, 2) selecting an alternative gift or 3) being given a full refund.
Shipping
Your order is processed by Paper Tree the moment it is received. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party courier services to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days.
For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, Paper Tree cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service (http://correctaddress.anpost.ie/pages/Search.aspx). Paper Tree cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to The Company and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable items such as cheese and fruit which have short shelf lives).
Disclosure of Sender
When your order is shipped directly to a third party (i.e. the gift recipient), Paper Tree may provide the recipient with contact details of sender (name, address & telephone). In the event the sender wishes to remain anonymous and requests same, Paper Tree may remove this information from the parcel however in all cases will divulge sender’s contact details should the recipient request such information. This is to avoid nuisance correspondence and allows the recipient to decide whether they wish to keep the order.
Law
These conditions, and all acts of Paper Tree, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
